Mallett Brothers BBQ has been a family owned and operated business since 2009.  Greg Mallett and brother Chad Mallett, from Aggie class of '94, perfected their cooking skills at family gatherings and parties.  After years of hard work, their dream came true-Mallett Brothers was opened!  They now serve the juiciest barbeque and more to hundreds each week.  Although they are all about the grilled meat, Mallett Brothers also serves burgers, steaks, fish and much more!  If that is not enough, they even have a full catering service to satisfy the needs of all customers.
